Diablo 4 S11: The Tower, Leaderboards, and Personal Progress

Instead of asking whether The Tower is “good” or “bad,” I approached Season 11 with one question:
Does this feel good as a solo player?
The answer, mostly, is yes.
The Tower emphasizes execution over raw numbers. You feel improvement run by run. That’s incredibly satisfying when you’re not leaning on group synergy. Leaderboards add context without pressure — you see where you stand, not where you “should” be.
What surprised me most was motivation. Even without chasing rank, I kept pushing. The structure encourages self-competition, which works perfectly for solo players.
Of course, the grind still exists. Diablo 4 hasn’t escaped that reality. When experimenting with gear setups got expensive, I saw why experienced players sometimes turn to u 4 g m just to stay flexible without burning out.
Season 11 isn’t about racing others. It’s about refining yourself. And for solo players, that philosophy finally makes sense.
